摘要
针对生活垃圾焚烧厂掺烧污泥的应用实践,概述了3种污泥前处理热干化工艺——直接干化、间接干化和两段式干化,分别介绍了每种工艺的流程并结合污泥干化时的关键问题分析了每种工艺的优缺点,得出了间接干化为最适用于掺烧的污泥预处理工艺的结论。同时,还指出对于生活垃圾掺烧而言,高效率的低温污泥热干化将是未来的发展方向。
        In terms of the application of incineration sludge in MSW incineration,three kinds of thermal drying processes of sludge pretreatment were mainly described,which included direct drying,indirect drying and two-stage drying. The flow of each process was introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of each process were analyzed according to the key problems in sludge drying. The result showed that indirect drying was the most suitable process for sludge pretreatment with mixed burning. Meanwhile,it was pointed out that the high-efficiency thermal drying of low-temperature sludge would be the future development direction for the mixed incineration of domestic waste.
