摘要
电力管线纳入管廊有利于提高其运行的可靠性、安全性和使用寿命,对节约利用城市地面土地和地下空间,提高城市综合承载能力起到关键性作用。提出了一种考虑地下综合管廊规划的城市新区全电缆中压配电网规划方法,采用全生命周期成本最小作为规划的目标函数,并给出考虑管道特性后各类成本的计算方法,综合考虑电网建设运行的可靠性、经济性;采用分区开式网络规划+区间线路联络的规划方法来降低计算规模,提高计算速度;设计遗传算法用于分区网络规划的全局寻优,以弥补最短路径法受负荷接入顺序影响的缺点。最后的算例仿真计算验证了方法的有效性。
        The integration of electric power pipeline into the utility tunnel is conducive to improving the reliability, safety and service life of power and other pipelines, and plays a key role in saving urban ground and underground space and improving the comprehensive bearing capacity of the city. This paper proposes a planning method of full cable medium-voltage distribution network in new urban area considering the planning of underground comprehensive pipe corridor. The life cycle cost(LCC) is used as the optimization target, the cost calculation methods considering the characteristics of the pipeline are given, and the reliability and economy of power network construction are considered comprehensively. The calculation scale is reduced and the calculation speed is improved by using the method of district open network planning and interval line connection planning. Genetic algorithm(GA) is designed for the global optimization of district network planning to make up the shortcoming of shortest path method affected by load access sequence. Finally, example simulation calculation illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
