摘要
<正>扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)[1]是心肌病中最常见的一类,其病情进行性发展,易导致心力衰竭和心源性猝死,同时也是心脏移植的主要原因。DCM在成人及儿童均有发病,我国DCM发病率为13/10万~84/10万,男女比例2.5:1[2]。近10年来针对DCM的治疗手段不断发展,但国内该病的5年病死率仍高达80%[2]。显然,DCM患者的远期预后亟待改善。
