摘要
分析了七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)装置存在的催化剂使用寿命短、活化时间长、消耗高、产能不能有效发挥及员工劳动强度大等问题的原因,并对催化剂活化系统实施了技术改造。通过改造,有效解决了这些问题,达到预期目标。
The reasons for the short life of the catalyst in HFC-227 ea device,the long activation time,the high consumption,the ineffective production capacity and the labor intensity were analyzed. The catalyst activation system was technically modified and transformed. Through the transformation,these problems have been effectively solved to achieve the desired objectives.
