摘要
食品安全事关居民生活质量,绿色农产品生产是我国农产品供给侧改革的重要内容。基于归因理论,对消费者绿色食品消费意愿及行为的影响因素展开实证研究。结果表明,消费者对绿色农产品的健康属性和绿色农产品生产的环保作用的认知、企业的营销努力对消费者绿色农产品消费意愿影响显著,消费意愿、购买方便性、政府对绿色农产品的监管对绿色农产品消费行为影响显著。绿色农产品生产企业应强化并大力宣传绿色农产品对增进消费者身体健康的积极作用、绿色农产品生产对环境的保护作用,以强化消费者绿色农产品消费意愿。此外,还应精心布局销售网点以方便顾客购买。政府应强化对绿色农产品生产与销售的监管,为绿色农产品营造良好的外部环境。
