腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎的效果分析

摘要
目的:对腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法:本次研究的研究对象为2014年8月-2016年8月笔者所在医院收治的急性阑尾炎患者55例,所有患者均进行腹部B超诊断,并进行手术治疗,与手术确诊结果相比较,分析腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎的准确率以及临床应用价值。结果:单纯性阑尾炎腹部B超检查诊断符合率为94.44%(34/36);化脓性阑尾炎腹部B超检查诊断符合率为81.82%(9/11);坏疽性阑尾炎腹部B超检诊断符合率为80.00%(4/5);阑尾周围脓肿腹部B超检查诊断符合率为100%(3/3)。腹部B超检查的诊断结果符合手术病理确诊结果的有50例,准确率为90.91%。结论:采用腹部B超诊断急性阑尾炎具有简便、安全、直接、可重复操作等优点,能够为临床医生制定治疗方案提供准确依据,具有非常好的临床应用效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Method:The subjects of this study were 55 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016,all patients underwent abdominal B ultrasound diagnosis and surgical treatment, compared with surgical diagnosis results,the accuracy of abdominal B ultrasonund in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and its clinical value were analyzed.Result:The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for simple appendicitis was 94.44%(34/36).The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for suppurative appendicitis was 81.82%(9/11).The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for gangrenous appendicitis was 80.00%(4/5).The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal B ultrasound for periappendicural abscess was 100%(3/3).The diagnosis of abdominal B ultrasound in accordance with the results of surgery and pathological diagnosis was 50 cases, the accuracy rate was 90.91%.Conclusion:The use of abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is simple,safe,direct,repeatable operation,and can provide accurate basis for clinical doctors to develop treatment programs,it has a very good clinical application effect.
