药物治疗联合胃肿瘤根治术对消化功能缺失可行性及ALB影响研究

摘要
目的分析药物疗法配合胃癌根治术治疗消化功能缺失的效果。方法随机选取因胃部肿瘤导致消化功能不全的患者,共计100例。通过随机数字表法将100例患者分为2组,每组50例。100例患者均行胃肿瘤根治术,一组采用常规治疗,称普通组;另一组在常规治疗的基础之上,通过药物联合治疗,称药物组。通过对两组患者在临床症状及疗效方面进行评分和分析。结果在早饱、上腹饱胀、上腹疼痛、上腹烧灼感等临床症状方面的评分,药物组的得分均比普通组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),药物组与普通组术前一天血清白蛋白水平对比无统计学差异,服药1个月、3个月后普通组血清蛋白水平显著高于药物组,差异有统计学意义。结论药物疗法配合胃癌根治术治疗恶性肿瘤所致消化功能缺失的效果研究表明效果显著,不仅可以改善患者临床症状而且也提高患者的治疗率。
Objective To study the effect of drug therapy combined with radical gastrectomy for digestive dysfunction.Methods Random selected 100 cases of gastric cancer induced digestive dysfunction in patients,. 100 patients were divided into2 groups by random number table method,50 patients in each group. 100 patients underwent radical gastrectomy,the normal group received conventional therapy,the drug group,on the basis of conventional treatment,received drug combination therapy. The clinical symptoms and efficacy of the 2 groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results Clinical score of early satiety,bloating,abdominal pain,epigastric burning and other aspects,the drug group were lower than those of the normal group,there was statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum albumin level 1 day before surgery. The serum protein level of the normal group was significantly higher than that of the drug group 1 month and 3 months after medication,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Drug therapy combined with radical gastrectomy for malignant tumor induced digestive dysfunction has significant effect,it not only can improve the clinical symptoms of patients but also improve the treatment rate of patients.
