亮菌口服液对于胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察亮菌口服液对于胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应的有效性及安全性。方法:选取符合化疗标准的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者80例,随机分成2组,每组各40例。治疗组在常规化疗的同时给予亮菌口服液;对照组化疗方案同治疗组。2组化疗期均采用相同的常规的预防性止吐方案处理。观察2组的消化道反应、KPS评分情况。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组消化道反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗后KPS评分较对照组显著提高,表明患者生活质量明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组各有1例患者发生血压升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:亮菌口服液对于胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应的疗效好,胃肠道保护效果好,能够保证化疗正常进行,值得临床应用。
Objective:Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Armillariella oral liquid in gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancies.Methods:80 patients with gastrointestinal cancer who met the chemotherapy criteria were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group received oral Armillariella oral liquid at the same time of routine chemotherapy.The control group received the same chemotherapy regimen as the treatment group.Both groups were treated with the same routine prophylactic antiemetic regimen during the chemotherapy period.The gastrointestinal reactions and KPS scores of the two groups were observed.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the digestive tract reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the KPS score in the treatment group was significantly high er than that in the control group,indicating that the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the treatment group and the control group in 1 cases(P>0.05).Conclusion:it has good effect on digestive tract reaction caused by chemotherapy of gastrointestinal malignant tumor.The protective effect of gastrointestinal tract is good.It can guarantee the normal ope ration of chemotherapy.It is worthy of clinical application.
