达芬奇机器人甲状腺手术的研究进展

摘要
近年随着国内外内镜技术及微创理念的不断发展,达芬奇机器人手术系统逐步应用于外科手术中,是目前外科发展趋势中的创新技术,代表了目前最先进的手术理念与技术发展,已广泛应用于泌尿外科、心脏外科、胃肠外科等手术中。虽然在甲状腺外科的应用较晚,但机器人甲状腺手术结合了传统手术与腔镜手术的优势,不仅避免了患者颈部永久性瘢痕,还克服了腔镜手术的技术局限性,可提供放大的三维高清图像、稳定的手术视野及精细灵活的操作,越来越多的被外科医师及患者所接受。达芬奇机器人甲状腺手术尚处于起步阶段,仍存在一定的挑战与障碍。本文现对达芬奇机器人甲状腺手术的研究进展作一综述,为临床工作提供一定的参考。
