摘要
激励理论是现代企业管理制度的重要分支,能对企业内部的各项管理提供重要的指导作用。特别是在市场竞争日益激烈的当下,在企业管理中合理运用激励理论往往可以起到意想不到的效果,最终实现企业市场竞争力的提高。该文主要从激励理论的相关概念出发,根据企业实施激励措施中存在的问题提出对策建议,希望能为企业管理者提供参考和借鉴。
Incentive theory is an important branch of modern enterprise management system, which can provide important guidance for the internal management of enterprises. Especially in the increasingly fierce market competition,the rational use of incentive theory in enterprise management can often play an unexpected effect, and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. Starting from the relevant concepts of incentive theory, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems existing in the implementation of incentive measures in enterprises, hoping to provide reference for business managers.
