摘要
以聚烯烃热熔胶为粘接树脂原材料,制备了连续玻璃纤维、连续聚酯纤维和连续聚酰胺纤维增强复合材料,研究了复合材料的粘接性能、界面效果和拉伸强度等性能。结果表明,该聚烯烃热熔胶与连续纤维材料的粘接效果较理想,剥离强度较高,复合材料拉伸强度提高了40%以上。
Using the polyolefin hot melt adhesive resin as the raw material the continuous glass fiber, continuous polyester fiber and continuous polyamide fiber reinforced composites were prepared. The adhesion performance, interface effect and tensile strength of the composite materials were studied in this article. The results showed that using the polyolefin hot melt adhesive the continuous fiber based composite materials formed good bonding and had high peeling strength, the tensile strength of the composite materials increased by over 40%.
