仙茅苷滴丸的制备工艺研究

摘要
目的研究影响仙茅苷滴丸制备的各种因素,优选仙茅苷滴丸的制备工艺。方法以丸重系数、平均丸重、溶散时限、圆整度为评价指标,通过单因素试验,考察基质配比、料温、滴距、冷凝液温度、冷凝液种类对滴丸制备的影响。结果优选仙茅苷滴丸的制备工艺为:药物与基质的比例为1∶150,基质PEG4000与PEG6000的比例为2∶1,料温85℃,滴距5cm,冷却温度10℃,冷凝液为液体石蜡。结论仙茅苷滴丸的制备工艺简单、可行,滴丸溶散时限、圆整度及丸重均符合质量要求。
OBJECTIVE To study the factors that affect the preparation of Curculigoside dropping pills,and to optimize the preparation process of Curculigoside dropping pills.METHODS The single-factor test was used to investigate the effects of the ratio of matrix,the temperature of the material,the dropping distance,the temperature of the condensate,the type of condensate,the weight of the liquid influences.RESULTS The results showed that the ratio of drug to matrix was 1∶150,the ratio of matrix PEG4000 to PEG6000 was 2∶1,the temperature was 85℃,the dropping distance was 5 cm,the cooling temperature was 10℃,the condensate for liquid paraffin.CONCLUSION The preparation process of Curculigoside dropping pills is simple and feasible,the dissolution time,roundness and weight of the drop pills are consistent with the quality requirements.
