冰之“动”与音之“律”:极致与美的艺术审视——花样滑冰运动员艺术表现力培养研究

摘要
花样滑冰是一种极致与美的冰之"动"与音之"律"相结合的运动项目,运动员艺术表现力如何直接关系到运动成绩的高低。探讨我国花样滑冰运动员艺术表现力的重要性,发现现阶段我国花样滑冰运动员艺术表现力存在基础滑行训练时间短、音乐素养薄弱、舞蹈技能欠缺、比赛经验匮乏等问题。为更好地提升花样滑冰运动员艺术表现力,推动我国花样滑冰运动的进步与突破,建议我国花样滑冰运动员艺术表现力培养的途径有:重视基础素质练习,增加基本滑行训练;鉴赏不同风格的音乐,培养音乐素养;学习多元化舞蹈,培养舞蹈技能;增加赛事类型,积累比赛经验。
Figure skating is a sport of displaying superlative and beauty,and combining the "dynamic" of ice and "rhythm" of music.Athletes' artistic expressiveness is directly connected with the sport result.This paper discusses the importance of figure skating athletes' artistic expressiveness in China,and finds out that at present,in China,figure skating athletes' artistic expressiveness has the problems as follows:the training time of basic skating is short;the music competence is weak;the dance technique is scarce and the competition experience is deficient.In order to enhance the artistic expressiveness of figure skating athletes,and promote the progress and breakthrough of figure skating,the suggested approaches of cultivating the athletes' artistic expressiveness are given:thinking highly of basic competence exercise and increasing basic skating training;appreciating different types of music and cultivating the music competence;learning diversified dance and fostering dance techniques;adding more kinds of competition and accumulating competition experience.
