摘要
初级永磁式直线电机(PPMLM)是将线圈和永磁体同时布置在转子侧,定子侧只有开槽的铁心,非常适合低成本的长行程运行,但是传统的拖缆或滑触供电方式限制了该类电机的推广应用。此处采用感应耦合电能传输(ICPT)方式给PPMLM供电,具有成本低、带载能力强、行程不受限制等特点。提出了一种串并LCL(SPLCL)型补偿电路,在补偿电路的初级采用SP混合补偿,接收端采用LCL混合补偿。首先,通过对次级LCL混合补偿分析得到负载端稳压输出特性。采用阻抗值分析法对初级电路进行补偿,使SP补偿具有恒流输出特性。之后给出ICPT系统恒压稳流频率固定的条件,同时分析了主要参数对系统性能的影响。最后,通过仿真和实验证明了理论分析的正确性。
        The primary permanent magnet linear motor(PPMLM) is a coil and permanent magnet arranged on the side of the rotor,the stator side only slotted iron core,it is very suitable for low-cost long-stroke operation.But the traditional streamer or sliding power supply mode limits the promotion and application of this type of motor.The inductively coupled power transfer(ICPT) method is used to supply power to the PPMLM, which has the characteristics of low cost,strong load capacity and unrestricted travel.A serial conversion parallel connection LCL(SP-LCL) type compensation circuit is proposed.The SP hybrid compensation is used at the primary circuit of the compensation circuit,and LCL hybrid compensation is used at the receiving end.First,the load regulator output characteristics are obtained by analyzing the secondary LCL mixed compensation.The impedance of the primary circuit is compensated by the impedance analysis method,so that the SP compensation has the constant current output characteristic.Then,the condition of constant frequency stabilization of ICPT system is given, and the influence of main parameters on system performance is analyzed.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is proved by simulation and experiment.
