一种球虫消毒剂预防鸡球虫病的效果试验

摘要
本试验主要对一种球虫消毒剂在抑杀鸡球虫卵囊、预防鸡球虫病方面的效果进行比较研究。结果显示,在地面平养条件下,使用球虫消毒剂组鸡只平均增重和料肉比比阳性对照组和阴性对照组高;在人工感染球虫卵囊的条件下,球虫消毒剂组平均增重和料肉比比阳性对照组高,比阴性对照组和地克珠利组低。在试验开始后2周,使用球虫消毒剂组的克粪便卵囊数分别为3 500个、374 000个,克垫料卵囊数分别为61 100个、10 400个;试验开始后第3周,球虫消毒剂组的克粪便卵囊数分别为6 000个、4 600个,克垫料卵囊数分别降低至300个、0个。结果表明:在使用球虫消毒剂后,能减少鸡舍内感染的球虫卵囊数目,降低鸡球虫病发生率。
        In this study, the experiment of different groups, noninfected nonmedicated control group and infected nonmedicated group were conducted in order to test the effect of Oocide under the flat ground raising. The results indicated that the effect of Oocide group was better than noninfected nonmedicated group and infected nonmedicated group in the weight increased and feed remuneration but only lower than the effect of Diclazuril group in the nature. And on the artificial condition, the effect of Oocide was better than infected nonmedicated group but lowers than Diclazuril group in the weight increase and feed remuneration. After 2 weeks, the OPG(oocysts per gamme) of Oocide groups in feces were 3 500 and 37 400, and in litter were 61 100 and 10 400. However, the OPG of Oocide groups in feces and litter get fewer after 3 weeks. The synthetical analysis of the results showed a considerable anticoccidial effect on controlling oocysts. It can reduce the mortality and morbidity because of Coccidiosis. It is efficacious to prevent chicken Coccidiosis and is free from side effects.
