锥形束CT对慢性牙周炎牙周基础治疗后的应用价值分析

摘要
目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)在慢性牙周炎患者中的应用价值。方法抽取2016年3月10日—2017年3月10日至我院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者120例作为研究对象。对所有患者均采取牙周基础治疗,并给予CBCT测量治疗前后的牙槽骨变化情况。结果治疗后,所有牙周炎患者的牙槽骨密度相比治疗前均明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,所有牙周炎患者的牙槽骨高度均有所降低,但是比较治疗前后,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对慢性牙周炎患者采取牙周基础治疗可改善牙槽骨密度,同时给予CBCT检查,便于对治疗前后的牙槽骨变化情况进行评估。
Objective To explore the application value of conical beam CT(CBCT) in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from March 10, 2016 to March 10, 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients weretreated with periodontal therapy and CBCT was used to measure alveolar bone changes before and after treatment. Results After treatment, alveolar bone density of all periodontitis patients was significantly higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the alveolar bone height of all patients with periodontitis decreased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05). Conclusion The periodontal base therapy for patients with chronic periodontitis can improve the alveolar bone density and give CBCT examination to evaluate the changes of alveolar bone before and after treatment.
