小柴胡汤加减治疗恶性淋巴瘤

摘要
小柴胡汤是《伤寒论》和解少阳的代表方剂,其方药攻补兼施、疏利三焦、宣通内外、和畅气机,临床肿瘤科应用亦较广泛,具有调节免疫、抗炎和抗肿瘤功效。本文基于《伤寒论》小柴胡汤证要点"休作有时",认为其意不止于"寒热往来"或定时发作的"有时"表象,而在于调节阴阳,疏利枢机,达到阴平阳秘以治疗"休作"的功效。故阴阳失衡,枢机不利,疾病由生,症状反复发作,小柴胡汤亦可主之。
Xiaochaihu Decoction is the representative prescription of relieving Shaoyang disorder in Shang Han Lun. It has the characteristics of tonification and purgation in combination, dredging tri-jiao, and regulating qi. The prescription is widely applied to tumour for its immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects. This article believed that the real meaning for "paroxysm and mending regularly", one of the main points of the syndrome of Xiaochaihu Decoction from Shang Han Lun, is to balance yin and yang, regulate qi and cure disease, not just the"regularity of cold and heat" or alternating chills and fever. Xiaochaihu Decoction also acted when the disease recurrent attacks because of the imbalance between yin and yang and the disorder of qi.
