某三甲肿瘤医院1190例肿瘤患者艾迪注射液的临床应用评价

摘要
目的了解艾迪注射液临床应用情况,促进临床合理使用中药注射液。方法调取某院2017年5月～2018年5月使用艾迪注射液的病例1 190例,参照《中成药临床应用指导原则》、《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》、艾迪注射液药品说明书,从肿瘤分布、临床辨证、使用剂量、疗程、溶媒选择等方面展开评价。结果所抽取的病例中,适应症、使用剂量、疗程、溶媒种类及用量选择符合要求的分别占41%、98%、37%、76%,有中医临床辨证的占0.3%,肿瘤内科与非肿瘤内科在艾迪注射液规范使用方面进行了对比,适应症、用量、溶媒选择及用量符合要求的占比分别46%、39%;70%、56%;58%、48%。结论在使用艾迪注射液时存在着指征把握不准确、临床辨证不足等问题,需进一步加强中药注射剂的合理使用知识培训、宣传,加强干预,促进合理用药。
Objective To understand the clinical application of Aidi injection and promote the rational use of Chinese medicine injection. Methods 1 190 cases of Aidi injection in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 are taken to evaluate the distribution of tumor, clinical syndrome differentiation,dosage, course of treatment,choice of solvent and so on. The methods referred to the guiding principles of clinical application of Chinese patent medicine, the basic principles of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injection and the drug instructions of Aidi injection. Results Among the selected cases, 41 % of the indications, 98 % of the dosage, 37 % of the course of treatment, 76 % of the type and dosage of the solvent are respectively selected to meet the requirements. Only 0.4 % cases have TCM clinical syndrome differentiation. The use of Addie injection is compared between the department of oncology and non oncology. The proportion ofindications, dosage, solvent selection and dosage are respectively 46 %, 39 %; 70 %, 56 %; 58 %, 48 %. Conclusion In the use of Aidi injection, there are some problems such as inaccurate indications and deficiency of clinical syndrome differentiation. It is necessary to further strengthen the training and propaganda of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection, strengthen intervention and promote clinical rational drug use.
