摘要
目的:比较半夏生品和红芽姜制半夏不同溶媒提取物的镇咳祛痰作用,为进一步的药效物质基础研究提供理论依据。方法:健康SPF级昆明种小鼠,随机分为对照组,阳性对照组,生半夏水提物高、中、低剂量组(3. 2、1. 6、0. 8 g/kg),红芽姜制半夏水提物高、中、低剂量组(3. 2、1. 6、0. 8 g/kg),红芽姜制半夏乙醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物组(1. 6 g/kg),连续给药一周后采用小鼠氨水引咳法和气管酚红排泌法观察药物对小鼠的镇咳祛痰效果。结果:生半夏及红芽姜制半夏水提物高、中剂量组均能不同程度延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。生半夏水提物高剂量组以及红芽姜制半夏水提物高、中剂量组均能不同程度增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量(P <0. 05或P <0. 01),其中以红芽姜制半夏水提物高剂量组作用最为显著。红芽姜制半夏不同溶剂提取物均能不同程度延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,但只有正丁醇提取物组能够减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P <0. 01),只有乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物组能够增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量(P <0. 05和P <0. 01),其中以正丁醇提取物组作用最为显著。结论:红芽姜制半夏具有明显的镇咳祛痰作用,且效果优于生半夏,正丁醇提取物可能是红芽姜制半夏镇咳祛痰作用的有效部位。
Objective: To compare the antitussive and expectorant effects of Pinelliae Rhizoma( PR) and Different solvent extracts of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Zingibere et Alumine( PRPZA). It provides a theoretical basis for further research on the effective material basis. Methods: SPF Kunmin mice were randomly divided into control group,positive control group,water extract of PR group( 3. 2、1. 6、0. 8 g/kg),water extract of PRPZA group( 3. 2,1. 6,0. 8 g/kg),ethanol,N-butanol,ethyl acetate and Petroleum ether extract of PRPZA group( 1. 6 g/kg). Administered continuously for one week. The antitussive and expectorant effects of the drugs on mice were observed by the method of ammonia media cough and phenol red on mice. Result: The high and middle doses of water extracts of PR and PRPZA could prolong the latency of cough and reduce the number of cough in mice( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The high doses of water extracts of PR,the high and middle doses of water extracts of PRPZA could increase the phenol red excretion of mice trachea( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Different solvent extracts of PRPZA could prolong the latency of cough in mice,but only n-butanol extract group could reduce the cough times( P < 0. 01). Only ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract group could increase the phenol red excretion in trachea of mice( P < 0. 05 and P < 0. 01). The effect of n-butanol extract group was the most significant. Conclusion:PRPZA has obvious antitussive and expectorant effects,and the effect is better than PR. N-butanol extract may be effective for antitussive and expectorant effects of PRPZA.
