摘要
针对冬瓜山铜矿盘区开采遗留大量隔离矿柱,回收率不高的问题,提出由中间厚大部位向两翼退采回收盘区矿柱的采矿方法。为保证该方法实施的安全性,对隔离矿柱开采的影响因素进行分析,并结合隔离矿柱赋存条件、采空区充填情况、盘区开采超界情况、以及现场地压监测结果,提出利用现有装备和生产条件进行连续退采,并根据底部结构采用不同的出矿运输方式。已回采隔离矿柱33.1万t,矿柱回收率达到58%,且开采过程中地压活动处于可控范围以内,实践证明这种隔离矿柱回采方法经济且安全。
Aiming at the problems that a large number of isolated pillars left over from panel mining,and the recovery rate is not high in Dongguashan Copper Mine,a mining method for recovering pillars in panel area from large and middle parts withdrawal mining to two wings was proposed.To ensure the security of the implementation of this method,the influencing factors of isolated pillars mining were analyzed.And combined with the conditions of isolation pillars occurrence,goaf filling,panel mining overrun state,and site ground pressure monitoring results,it was proposed to use existing equipment and production conditions for continuous withdrawal mining,and to adopt different mining and transportation modes according to the bottom structure.Therefore,the recovery rate of isolated pillars reached 58%,during mining process the ground pressure activity was58%,and the ground pressure activity was within the controllable range.Practice showed that this recovery method for recovering isolated pillars was economical and safe.
