摘要
目的探索性研究组织气氛对职场孤独感的影响,为医护人员职场孤独感研究提供实证研究结果。方法采用相关、HLM等统计方法进行数据分析。结果无论是科室层面还是个体层面,组织气氛评价越高,职场孤独感越弱(r_01<0,P<0.01; r_10<0,P <0.01)。科室层面人际关系解释方差比例大于个体层面解释方差比例(52.9> 18.4;41.2> 15.8);科室层面发展气氛解释方差比例小于个体层面解释方差比例(0 <7.9;0 <7.9)。结论科室层面的人际关系对职场孤独感的影响强于个体层面的影响作用;而科室层面的发展气氛对职场孤独感的影响弱于个体层面的影响作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of organizational atmosphere on workplace loneliness of medical staff and to provide evidence in the pertinent research. Methods Data were analyzed using statistical methods including correlation analysis and hierarchical linear modeling(HLM). Results Higher organizational atmosphere evaluation was significantly associated with weaker workplace loneliness at both the department level and the individual level( 0<0, P<0.01; 10<0, P<0.01). The explained variance ratio in interpersonal relationship was greater at the department level than at the individual level(52.9>18.4; 41.2>15.8), and the explained variance ratio in developmental atmosphere was smaller at the department level than at the individual level(0>7.9; 0>7.9). ConclusionThe interpersonal relationship at department level has stronger influence on workplace loneliness than that at individual level, while the developmental atmosphere at department level has weaker influence on workplace loneliness than that at individual level.
