脑梗死急性期早期康复护理干预效果研究

摘要
目的观察脑梗死急性期患者采用早期康复护理干预方式的临床效果变化情况。方法选择2016年9月—2017年2月就诊的脑梗死急性期患者130例,将患者采用完全随机方式分为观察组(65例)、对照组(65例),观察组采用早期康复护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比不同护理方法对患者的脑卒中神经功能缺损(NIHSS量表)、运动功能(FMA评分)、生活质量变化情况。结果采用早期康复护理后的观察组患者NIHSS评分显著低于对照组评分(P<0.01);FMA评分为(42.00±7.02)分、MBI评分为(65.20±10.02)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死急性期患者采用早期康复护理干预能够减轻患者的神经功能缺损、改善患者日常生活能力及运动功能,对早期脑梗死预后康复具有积极意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from September 2016 to February 2017. The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=65) and control group(n=65). The observation group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing and the control group with routine nursing. Different nursing methods were used to compare NIHSS scale, FMA score and quality of life(QOL) in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Results The NIHSS score of the observation group after early rehabilitation nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01). The scores of FMA and MBI were(42.00 + 7.02) and(65.20 + 10.02) respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction can alleviate the neurological deficit, improve the ability of daily life and motor function of patients, and has a positive significance for prognosis rehabilitation of early cerebral infarction.
