摘要
为了有效保护二级濒危动物—岷县黑裘皮羊这一地方畜禽品种,阻止其数量快速下降,丰富其基础数据,使其种质遗传资源得以延续,促进畜牧业可持续发展。2016年9月13日,我们对岷县黑裘皮羊9月龄羔羊进行了屠宰测定。本试验以岷县黑裘皮羊9月龄大羔为试验素材,测定其在自然放牧状态下产肉性能、屠宰性能及内脏器官数据。测定结果表明,9月龄岷县黑裘皮羊公羊体重为8.95kg,屠宰率为42.4%,净肉率为30.8%,肉骨比为2.64∶1;母羊胴体重为8.1kg,屠宰率为39.8%,净肉率为27.5%,肉骨比2.31∶1。在自然放牧条件下,表现了良好的产肉性能,若适当改善饲养管理条件,其产肉效果将会更加突出。
        In order to effectively protect endangered animals-the black Minxian fur sheep and promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry,meat production,slaughtering performance and internal organs data of Minxian black fur sheep at 9-month old in natural grazing conditions were measured.The results showed that the carcass weight of mare was 8.95 kg,the slaughter rate was 42.4%,the net meat percentage was 30.8%,the ratio of meat to bone was 2.64:1,while the carcass weight of female was 8.00 kg,the slaughter rate was 39.8%,net meat rate was 27.5%,meat and bone ratio of 2.31:1.In conclusion,the Minxian black fur sheep get good meat performance in natural grazing conditions.
