摘要
通过基本测量、宏观断口分析、扫描电镜微观分析、化学成分分析、显微组织分析、硬度测试,结合空心抽油杆接箍的制造工艺和应用环境,对接箍开裂原因进行研究。结果表明:由于对焊缝进行热处理时工艺参数选择和原材料相关元素含量的影响,造成开裂处力学性能降低,车削刀痕诱发了接箍开裂。
The fracture reason of a coupling of hollow sucker rod was investigated by basic measure,macro fracture analysis,SEM analysis,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,hardness test,the processing of the coupling of hollow sucker rod and the environment of using. The result shows that the fracture of the coupling of hollow sucker rod was induced by turning trace and improper heat treatment which aroused mechanical property was lower.
