摘要
电力工程进度控制是实现项目目标的重要保障.对"某1 000 kV变电站工程"的土建工程进度控制进行研究,将挣值分析与关键路径法系统集成,分析了进度管理状态,发现该工程整体控制良好而关键路径滞后,其关键路径滞后的因素有不可抗力(冬雨季施工、淮河大桥封路增加了运输距离等)、关键工作设计变更、施工技术水平等,并针对这些问题提出了合理化的改进建议.
The power project progress control is an important guarantee to achieve the project goals.The civil engineering progress control of a 1 000 kV substation project is studied.The earned value analysis and the critical path method is systemically integrated.The schedule management status is analyzed.The results show that the project overall control is good;but critical path is delay.Its critical path delay factors are of force majeure(winter rainy season construction,increasing the transportation distance because Huaihe River Bridge is closed,etc.),the key work design changes,the construction technology level,etc.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward.
