摘要
介绍了南芬露天铁矿针对阿特拉斯PV351牙轮钻机在钻垂直孔时,出现的大孔门(即孔口部分直径较大的现象)、塌孔、废孔率高等问题而试验研究并开发的导流板技术。此技术使得钻孔时吹上来的岩渣落在孔眼周围的一定范围内,大幅减少了反复进入孔眼的岩渣,从而避免岩渣反复研磨,同时稳固了孔口而避免了大孔门和塌孔的出现,有效解决了废孔率高的问题,提高了钻机效率,对类似的露天矿山和工程有一定的参考价值。
        This paper introduces the large hole door(i.e. the phenomenon of large diameter of the hole part)and the collapse of the hole, which occurs in the vertical hole drilling of the Atlas PV351 rotary drilling rig in Nanfen Open-pit Mine. The flow guide plate technology, which is studied and developed by experiment and research on the high rate of waste hole, makes the rock slag blowing up while drilling fall within a certain range around the hole, and greatly reduces the rock slag that enters the hole repeatedly, thus avoiding the repeated grinding of rock slag. At the same time, it stabilizes the orifice and avoids the appearance of large hole door and hole collapse, effectively solves the problem of high waste hole rate, improves the efficiency of drilling rig equipment, and has certain reference value for similar open pit mines and projects.
