摘要
阐述了冷轧乳化液的性能要求及润滑机理,对影响乳化液润滑性能的主要因素进行了深入研究分析,包括浓度、电导率、p H值及铁粉含量等,同时重点关注了乳化液润滑效果对汽车板后续涂镀质量的影响,针对乳化液润滑过程中常见问题,提出了相应的解决方法,并对冷轧乳化液的发展进行了探讨。
        The performance requirements and lubrication mechanism of emulsion for cold rolling were expounded. The main factors such as concentration, conductivity, pH and iron powder content in emulsion which influenced the lubrication performance of the emulsion were studied and analyzed in depth. At the same time, the lubrication effect of the emulsion on the subsequent coating quality of the automobile sheet was particularly discussed. Aiming at the ordinary troubles occurred in lubrication by using the emulsion, corresponding solutions were proposed and the development of the emulsion for cold rolling was also discussed.
