摘要
衡器载荷测量仪是检定电子汽车衡的标准装置,其标准力值是否准确关系到电子汽车衡量值溯源的准确性,关系到贸易结算活动的公平和公正,而其标准力值是由衡器载荷测量仪标准载荷单元提供,因而需要对衡器载荷测量仪标准载荷单元进行检定。本文介绍一种衡器载荷测量仪标准载荷单元标准力值的检定方法并分析其标准力值不确定度分量主要来源,同时对各不确定度分量、合成不确定度、扩展不确定度进行评定。
        The Load measurement apparatus of electric weighing instrument(LMA) is the standard device for the verification of electronic vehicle scale. Whether the standard force value is accurate or not is related to the accuracy of traceability of electronic vehicle balance value and fairness and impartiality in trade settlement activities. The standard force is provided by the standard load unit of LMA, so it is necessary to calibrate the standard load unit of LMA. In this paper, a calibration method of standard load unit of LMA is introduced, and the main sources of uncertainty component of standard force value are analyzed. At the same time, each uncertainty component, synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty are evaluated.
