摘要
高温环境对计量运行有诸多不利影响因素。耐高温称重技术,需要重点解决称重传感器、承载器(秤体)装置、称重信号传输的耐高温难题。耐高温称重传感器的研发制造,是耐高温称重技术的首要攻关技术。轧制力传感器是轧制产品质量控制系统中的核心部件,量程范围大,测力上限高,受力面积大,使用环境恶劣。传统传感器的制造方法不能适用于轧制力传感器生产,轧制力传感器制造工艺必须创新与改进。余通公司轧制力传感器专用工装工具与使用方法,实现深孔贴片工作半机械化操作,解决了人工手动操作难以实现的难题。
        The high temperature environment has a lot of unfavorable factors to the measurement operation. The high-temperature weighing technology needs to focus on solving the high-temperature resistance problems of weighing sensors, loader(weighing) devices, and weighing signal transmission. The research and development of high-temperature weighing sensor is the primary technology of high-temperature weighing technology. Rolling force sensor is the core part of rolling product quality control system. It has a large range of measurement range, high upper limit of measuring force, large force area, and bad operating environment. The manufacturing method of traditional sensor can not be applied to the production of rolling force sensor. The manufacturing technology of rolling force load cell must be innovated and improved. The tool and use method of rolling force sensor of Yutong Company are used to realize the semi-mechanical operation of deep hole patch, which solves the difficult problem that manual manual operation is difficult to achieve.
