摘要

文章从自动化生产线重要性出发,提出自动化的重要性。结合吉凯恩动力机械(柳州)有限公司汽车轮辋下料线的实际情况,详细说明自动化剪切线开发过程,使用效果达到预期目标。
        Based on the importance of automated production line, this paper puts forward the necessity of production automation. Combined with the actual situation of GKN Power Solutions(Liuzhou) Co. Ltd., the paper describes the development process of automated shear lines in detailed. With the production line completed, the system achieves the anticipated target.
