水分敏感性试样橄榄油总迁移量测试调理必要性的探究

摘要
对水分敏感性试样采用精炼橄榄油作为油脂类食品模拟物,在经过真空干燥法调理和未经调理的情况下分别进行了总迁移量的测试,探究水分敏感性试样的调理必要性。结果发现,试样未经调理的测试结果均接近或大于限量(10 mg/dm~2),明显高于经过真空干燥法调理的测试结果,出现了假阳性。因此,对于水分敏感的试样,进行橄榄油总迁移量测试时必须经过调理,以获得准确的测试结果。
        Refined olive oil was used as oil food simulator for water sensitive samples. The total migration was measured by vacuum drying conditoning and without conditioning. The necessity of water sensitive sample conditioning was explored. It is found that the test results without conditioning are close to or greater than the limit(10 mg/dm~2). It is obviously higher than the test result after vacuum drying condition, and the false positive appears. Therefore, for water sensitive samples, the total migration of olive oil must be conditioned to obtain accurate test results.
