血清microRNA-19a在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及价值分析

摘要
目的:本研究主要对非小细胞肺癌患者血清microRNA-19a表达情况以及临床诊断价值进行分析。方法 :本研究涉及病例共计70例,属于我院在2015年1月至2018年6月所接诊非小细胞肺癌患者,视为观察组。同时,选择70例于我院进行常规体检患者70例,即对照组。采集两组患者血清,以荧光定量PCR方法对两组血清中microRNA-19a等水平及逆行测定。结果 :结合分析可知,观察组microRNA-19a水平显著高于对照组,P<0.05。且病症不同分期患者,在血清microRNA-19a等指标上,同样存在有显著差异,P<0.05。结论 :与健康群体相比,非小细胞肺癌患者血清microRNA-19a明显较高,可结合对该指标检测促使该部分患者尽快确诊并明确症状分期。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum microRNA-19a in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its clinical diagnostic value. Methods A total of 70 cases of non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were involved in this study.They were regarded as observation group. At the same time, 70 cases of routine physical examination in our hospital 70 cases, that is, the control group.Serum levels of microRNA-19a in the two groups were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results combined analysis showed that the level of microRNA-19a in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. There were also significant differences in serum micro RNA-19a and other indicators in patients with different stages of the disease, P < 0.05. Conclusion Compared with the healthy population, the serum microRNA-19a level of NSCLC patients is significantly higher, which can be combined with the detection of this index to prompt the diagnosis of this part of patients as soon as possible and to clarify the stage of symptoms.
