摘要
采用浇注温度的不同控制方式进行了AZ80镁合金的挤压铸造,并进行了合金显微组织和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,模糊控制可以有效细化合金的显微组织,提高合金的力学性能。与常规PID控制相比,采用模糊PID控制的挤压铸造AZ80镁合金晶粒得到细化,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大21、24 MPa,断后伸长率几乎不变。
Squeeze casting of AZ80 magnesium alloy was carried out by using different control ways of pouring temperature. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were tested and analyzed. The results show that fuzzy control can effectively refine the microstructure of the alloy and improve the mechanical properties of the alloy. Compared with that by conventional PID control, the grain size of squeeze casting AZ80 magnesium alloy controlled by fuzzy PID is refined, the tensile strength and yield strength are increased by 21 and 24 MPa, respectively, and the elongation after breaking is almost unchanged.
