参一胶囊联合化疗方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察参一胶囊联合化疗方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法选择经病理或细胞学检查确诊为ⅢB或Ⅳ期老年NSCLC患者52例,随机分为研究组25例(培美西塞或吉西他滨+顺铂方案化疗+参一胶囊)和对照组27例(培美西塞或吉西他滨+顺铂方案化疗)。比较2组近期疗效、疾病控制率,1年、2年生存率及毒副作用。结果研究组近期疗效、疾病控制率、1年生存率、2年生存率均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),而2组毒副反应无显著差异(P>0. 05)。结论化疗方案加用参一胶囊治疗老年晚期NSCLC的疗效较好,副作用小。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenyi capsule combined with chemotherapy on treating senile patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 52 senile patients with non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed as ⅢB or Ⅳ stage confirmed by pathology or cytology examination were randomly divided into study group(permise or gisitabine plus cisplatin plus Shenyi capsule,n = 25) and control group(permise or gisitabine plus cisplatin,n = 27). The recent curative effect,disease control rate,1-year and 2-year survival rates and toxic side effect were compared between two groups. Results The recent curative effect,disease control rate,1-year and2-year survival rates in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0. 05),but there was no significant difference in toxic side effect between the two groups(P >0. 05). Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with Shenyi capsule is effective and safe in treating treat senile patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
