摘要
高强钢广泛用于汽车结构件、座椅、保险杠等零件中。以某冷轧厂超设计能力的高强钢为研究对象,应用有限元对轧制过程进行数值模拟,评估了轧辊与带钢的等效应力、接触应力等数据,结果表明,用平整机轧制超设计能力高强钢可行。对轧制模型进行开发拓展,实践表明,超设计能力高强钢轧制正常。
High-strength steel is widely used in automotive structural parts, seats, bumpers and other parts. Taking the high-strength steel with ultra limit specification of a cold rolling mill as the research object, the numerical simulation of the rolling process was carried out by using finite element method, and the equivalent stress and contact stress of the roll and strip were evaluated. The results show that it is feasible to roll ultra limit specification high strength steel with temper mill. The rolling model has been developed and expanded. The practice shows that the high strength steel with ultra limit specification can be rolled normally.
