刍议高校学生事务管理的法治思维

摘要
传统的高校学生事务管理思维往往局限于行政集权、家长式道德和传统感性经验三方面,这对加快高校法制化管理进程是非常不利的。在分析高校学生事务管理的传统思维及弊端的基础上,结合思想因素、主体因素和制度因素对高校事务管理的影响,从"搭建法治基础工程""强化法治组织保障""培育法治理性认同"和"增强辅导员队伍的法治意识"四个方面提出了法治思维在高校学生事务管理实践应用中的建议措施。
Traditional college student affairs management thinking is often limited to administrative centralization,paternalistic morality and traditional perceptual experience.This is very unfavorable for accelerating the process of legalization management in colleges and universities.The article analyzes the traditional thinking and disadvantages of college student affairs management.The combination of ideological,subjective and institutional factors on the management of university affairs,from"building a basic project of the rule of law" ,"strengthening the protection of the rule of law" ,"cultivating the rational identification of the rule of law" and"enhancing the rule of law awareness of the counselors" ,the author puts forward some suggestions for the rule of law thinking in the practical application of college student affairs management.
