积极心理健康教育视角下特殊教育教师职业倦怠应对策略研究

摘要
特殊教育教师作为教师队伍中的特殊群体,比普通教师更容易产生职业倦怠感。本文从特殊教育教师职业倦怠问题入手,对特殊教育教师职业倦怠的特点、危害及其影响因素等进行综述,并在积极心理健康教育视角下提出解决问题的对策。具体来说,可通过塑造积极的人格特质、创造积极的情绪体验、开发自身潜能以及给予其全面充分的社会支持来缓解特殊教育教师职业倦怠。
A special group of teachers,special education teachers are more likely to suffer from job burnout than ordinary teachers.This study reviews the characteristics and harmfulness of special education teachers' job burnout,as well as the factors affecting their job burnout,and offers strategies to tackle their problems from the perspective of positive mental health education.Specifically,they can reduce their job burnout by shaping positive personality,creating positive emotional experience,developing potentials,and being offered full social support.
