张玉萍辨治斑秃经验

摘要
介绍张玉萍教授治疗斑秃的经验。认为其病机以气血衰弱、肝肾不足为本,风邪侵袭、气滞血瘀为标;治疗以益气养血、养肝补肾治本,祛风清热、活血化瘀治标。自拟斑秃内服基本方,配合外搽方使用。并附验案1则。
This article introduces Professor Zhang Yuping's experience in treating alopecia areata. It is considered that the pathogenesis is rooted in weakness of qi and blood, insufficiency of the liver and kidney, with pathogenic wind invasion, qi stagnation and blood stasis as its branch. The root of the disease is treated by replenishing qi and nourishing blood, and by nourishing the liver and supplementing the kidney, together with dispelling pathogenic wind and clearing away heat, and promoting blood circulation and dissipating the phlegm for the branch. Alopecia areata basic prescription, which is created for oral administration, is used in combination with those for external application. And one proven case is presented.
