针刺联合微针刀松解治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究

摘要
目的:观察针刺联合微针刀松解治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用针刺联合微针刀松解治疗,对照组30例采用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂及氯雷他定片治疗,5周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程;观察比较2组患者临床症状评分、临床疗效,并随访1年统计2组复发率。结果:治疗后,2组各项症状评分比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组显效病例1年后复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:针刺联合微针刀松解治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of acupuncture combined with microacupotomy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods:A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. Forty patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with microacupotomy,and thirty patients in the control group were treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray and loratadine tablets. Both groups were treated for two courses, five months being one course. The clinical symptom scores and clinical effect in the two groups were observed and compared. The two groups were followed up for one year and the recurrence rate was calculated. Results:After treatment,the symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.01);the marked effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the significant cases in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group one year later(P < 0.01). Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with microacupotomy is significantly effective in treating allergic rhinitis
