摘要
针对传统风分设备存在分离精度低、效率低、物料后置、造碎大和能耗高等问题,结合现行打叶复烤工艺特点,在对物料悬浮分离技术充分理解的基础上,通过对风分仓风场均匀性改进与控制技术进行充分模拟分析研究,对风分进料与出料工艺及设备结构进行研究与创新,开发出了适合烟草物料的新风分仓结构、进料模式、出料模式和抛料模式,形成了一种新型全风带料式柔性风分系统,提升了风分精度和效率,降低了造碎和能耗。
        Aimed at the problems of low separation precision,low efficiency,material postposition,large crushing and high energy consumption in traditional air separation equipments,combined with the characteristics of the present leaf tobacco re-dried,on the basis of full understanding of the technology of material suspension and separation,through simulating and analyzing the improvement and control of wind distribution uniformity and control technology,a bold research and innovation on the air inlet and discharging process and equipment structure was carried out,and a new style of wind split storehouse structure,feeding mode,feeding mode and throwing mode were developed,which are suitable for tobacco materials,and a new type of full wind belt material flexible wind separating system was formed,which improved the precision and efficiency of wind separation and reduced crashing and energy consumption.
