摘要
国际工程水电开发项目业主、施工单位、招投标单位、咨询单位、设计单位、材料和设备供应商、金融机构、政府机构和当地居民等各利益相关方构成了供应链上、中、下游的行为主体。由于缺乏专业知识和实践经验,以及国际工程标准选择中的"囚徒困境"和信息不对称问题,国际工程项目管理产生出大量的管理接口和监管界面,导致出现设计缺陷和变更、进度滞后、工程变更、合同纠纷、索赔诉讼频发等现象,影响项目绩效目标的实现。通过问卷设计、调研、数据搜集、数据分析和结果验证,应用SPSS22.0软件统计筛选数据,对数据进行排序、相关性和显著性分析、可靠性分析,揭示出伙伴关系、接口管理和绩效目标管理之间的深层次关系,及其对国际工程标准选择的影响。
        Various stakeholders of clients,construction units,bidding unit,consulting,design,material and equipment suppliers,financial institutions,government agencies and local residents and so on in international engineering project of hydropower development constitute the main body of upstream,middle and downstream in supply chain.Due to the professional knowledge and practical experience,there are a large number of management interface and interface regulation in the international engineering project management as well as the "prisoner's dilemma" in the choice of international engineering standards and information asymmetry,which results in the occurrence of design defects and changes,delay in progress,engineering changes,contract disputes,and frequent claims.Which influence achievement of the goal of project performance.Using SPSS22.0 software to filter data statistics,data sorting,correlation and significant analysis,reliability analysis,reveal the relationship among partnership,interface management,and performance management and the impact of the choice of international engineering standards.
