摘要
目的 :调查综合性医院安宁疗护模式的构建及其在临终患者中的应用效果。方法 :通过构建综合性医院安宁疗护模式,明确组织构架和职责,开展安宁疗护相关知识培训,制定工作制度,确立准入条件、服务原则、服务内容和服务流程,监控服务质量并予以实施。结果 :综合性医院安宁疗护模式实施后患者需求满足程度在80%以上,家属满意度高达91.5%,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),安宁疗护团队成员的专业知识、服务意识、沟通技巧、团队精神、科研能力高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:综合性医院安宁疗护模式的构建与实施,提高了团队成员的整体能力,让临终患者及家属得到了全方位照护,同时提升了医院的服务品牌。
Objective: To construct a hospice care model and evaluate its effect on terminal stage patients in general hospitals. Methods: In order to construct the hospice care model in general hospitals, we redefined the organizational structure and their responsibilities, provided a training program on hospice care knowledge, developed a work system, established entry conditions, principles, service contents and service procedure, and monitored quality of care. Results: After implemented the hospice care model, more than 80% of patients' needs were met, their family members' satisfaction rate was 91.5%, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The professional knowledge, service awareness, communication skills, team spirit and scientific research abilities of the hospice team members were higher than before(P<0.05). Conclusion: Construction and implementation of the hospice care model in general hospitals improved the ability of all team members, provided holistic care to terminal stage patients and their families, and consequently built the hospitals' brand image.
