温州市医疗机构社会工作现状与对策

摘要
目的:了解我市医疗机构社会工作现状与对策。方法:通过问卷调查了解全市23家不同级别的医疗单位的社会工作发展现状并制定对策。结果:温州市有1家市级精神专科医院、2家县级人民医院建立了社会工作办公室;有社工30名;瑞安市成立了卫计部门牵头的社会工作部。结论:我市医疗机构社会工作现状不容乐观,应从政策、制度和专业多方面加大改建力度。
Objective: To understand current situation and countermeasures of social work in medical institutions in our city.Methods: The current situations and countermeasures of social work in 23 medical institutions of our city were understood though a questionnaire survey by means of documents. Results: The social work offices were established in 1 municipal psychiatric hospital and 2 county people's hospitals. There were 30 social workers. Ruian city had established the social work department led by the health and family planning commission. Conclusions: The current situation of social work in medical institutions in our city is not very good,and should be enhanced from the aspects of policy,system,professional and the like.
