摘要
框架式断路器关键附件的质量好坏直接关系到断路器本体的可靠性,为了准确检测附件的电气特性,提高产品的可靠性,以电动操作、欠压脱扣附件为主要研究对象,确定所需检测的附件电气参数以及附件失效判据;在此基础上,给出了附件试验与检测系统的总体设计方案,对其软硬件设计进行了阐述。断路器附件试验结果表明,检测系统能准确检测附件的电气参数,为提高产品质量和可靠性提供了参数依据。
        The quality of frame type circuit breaker key accessory is directly related to the reliability of the circuit breaker. In order to accurately detect electrical characteristics of accessory and improve the product reliability,this paper selects electric operating mechanism and under-voltage tripping device as the main objects of study,and determines the required electrical parameters to be detected and failure criteria for the accessories; On this basis,the overall design scheme of accessories test and detection system is given,and its hardware and software design are described. Breaker accessory test results show that the detection system can accurately detect the electrical parameters of the accessory and provide parameter reference in order to improve product quality and reliability.
