弯管中段塞流的研究现状

摘要
气液两相段塞流是液塞和长气泡在时间和空间上的交替,是一种不稳定流,在油气混输中经常遇到的流型,其对管道、管件及下游设备和安全生产造成隐患。本文介绍了段塞流研究现状,对于弯管中段塞流的研究方法—实验研究和数值模拟及其研究过程做了着重的介绍,并提出两种方法现在存在的问题和不足。这样对于弯管中段塞流产生的机理及流动特性的研究有一定的帮助。
        Gas-liquid two-phase slug flow is the alternation of liquid slug and long bubbles in time and space,and is a kind of unstable flow. The flow pattern often appears in oil-gas mixture transportation,which causes hidden danger for pipeline,fittings and the downstream equipments and the safety in production. In this paper,research status of slug flow in pipeline bend was introduced as well as research methods of the slug flow in pipeline bend,including the experimental study and the numerical simulation; Existing problems and shortcomings of above two methods were discussed,which can provide some references for further research on mechanism and flow characteristics of the slug flow.
