不同形状喷嘴的射流清洗数值模拟研究

摘要
为了研究喷嘴形状结构参数的变化对流场的影响,在同一入射速度15 m/s、2种喷嘴的长度都为50 mm和截面积都为0.5 cm2情况下,对圆柱形和方形2种喷嘴的内、外部流场进行模拟计算。分析了喷嘴内、外部流场的分布情况,同时研究圆柱形喷嘴和方形喷嘴的速度云图,动压云图及湍流强度分布的差异。研究结果表明,方形喷嘴与圆柱形喷嘴相比,经过方形喷嘴射出的流体与壁面撞击更强,同时与罐体内空气的卷吸更厉害,产生的湍流强度更大,对于污垢的一次性清洗更加彻底,清洗效率更高,清洗效果更好。
        To study the effects of the variation of nozzle's structural parameters on the flow field,the author conducted a simulation calculation of the internal and external flow fields of cylindrical and square nozzles at the same incident velocity of 15 m / s and with the nozzles' length being 50 mm and their sectional area being 0. 5 cm2. The distribution of the internal and external flow fields of nozzles was analyzed. Meanwhile,the velocity nephogram,dynamic pressure nephogram and turbulence strength distribution difference of the nozzles were studied. The research findings show that compared with the cylindrical nozzle,the square nozzle ejects fluid that collides with the wall surface more fiercely,with a stronger entrainment of air in the tank. The produced turbulence strength is more remarkable. One-time cleaning of dirt is more complete. The cleaning efficiency is higher and the cleaning effect is more desirable.
