坚硬顶板深孔预裂爆破弱化技术应用

摘要
针对坚硬顶板来压步距长,工作面悬顶面积大,易引发冲击地压,对1101工作面安全生产产生威胁问题,选用端部拉槽方法来弱化基本顶,分别在工作面切眼和两巷内布置预裂钻孔。通过工业性试验,工作面在回采期间液压支架工作阻力明显降低,周期来压步距为10~22m,采空区顶板充分冒落,保证了回采的安全。
        In view of the facts hard roof weighting step is long, and the face hanging arch area is big, which is easy to cause the impact ground pressure to the 1101 working face posing threat to the safety production, in the paper we choose the end-pulls-the-trough method to weaken the basic top, and the pre splitting drill is arranged in the cut hole and the two lane respectively. Through the industrial test, the working resistance of the hydraulic support is obviously reduced during the mining period, the period of pressure step is 10~22 m, and the roof of goaf is fully caving, which guarantees the safety of the mining.
