摘要
职业教育发展需要学校提供青年教师成长的平台,中职教育特点呼唤教师个性化成长规划。学校从助力学生职业发展、技术成长出发,以"共性+个性"的教师培养机制,展开青年教师成长实践研究。设计了青年教师成长路径三大方向多样化的选择和三级目标可持续的发展,形成中职学校青年教师幸福成长"三纵三横多分支"的个性化路径导航图,促进了学校发展的螺旋式上升,具有较强的独创性与借鉴意义。
The development of vocational education needs schools to provide a platform for the growth of young teachers. The characteristics of secondary vocational education call for teachers ' individualized growth planning. Starting from assisting students' professional development and technical growth,the school has launched a practical research on the growth of young teachers with a teacher training mechanism of"c + Individuality". The paper designs diversified choices in three directions,the sustainable development of three levels of goals for the growth path of young teachers,and the personalized navigation chart of"three vertical,three horizontal and sufficient branches"for the happy growth of young teachers in secondary vocational schools.It can promote the spiral development of school and has strong originality and reference significance.
