摘要
为准确测定白藜芦醇在花生种子及花生植株各部位中的含量,通过超声萃取和高效液相色谱法测定花生种子及花生植株各部位的白藜芦醇含量。结果表明,花生植株根部中白藜芦醇含量最高,达到629.487μg/g,花生种子中含量极低,不超过2μg/g;种子发芽处理后,白藜芦醇含量最高,达到28.041μg/g,满足工业提取对白藜芦醇含量的要求,说明花生种子处理后及花生植株对白藜芦醇来源有较大的经济价值。
        In order to accurately determine the content of resveratrol in peanut seeds and parts of peanut plants, ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography were applied in the experiment.The results showed that the content of resveratrol in the root of peanut plant was the highest, reaching629.487 μg/g, and the content of resveratrol in peanut seed was very low, not exceeding 2 μg/g. After seed germination treatment, the highest content of resveratrol was 28.041 μg/g, which met the requirements of industrial extraction for resveratrol content. As a result, the treatment of peanut seeds and peanut plants have great economic value for resveratrol sources.
