摘要
目的考察微血管性心绞痛(MVA)患者血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)水平变化,探究其与MVA发病的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月于濮阳市人民医院心血管内科确诊为MVA患者93例,另随机抽取相同年龄段因胸痛入院但冠状动脉造影、运动平板试验未见异常的患者93例作为对照组。测定所有受试者血清中Galectin-3、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)水平以及相关生理生化指标。并利用Pearson相关分析法分析Galectin-3与其他指标的相关性。结果MVA患者高血压、糖尿病占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且MVA患者空腹血糖水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。MVA患者Galectin-3、hs-CRP和ET-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NO水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析表明Galectin-3水平与空腹血糖、hs-CRP、ET-1水平呈正相关(r=0.456、0.598、0.426;P<0.05),与NO水平呈负相关(r=-0.488;P<0.05)。结论 MVA患者血清Galectin-3水平上升,可作为MVA患者中微血管纤维化和预测炎症和微血管内皮功能的重要指标。
        Objective To observe the changes of serum Galectin-3 level in patients with microvascular angina(MVA), and discuss the relationship between Galectin-3 level and MVA invasion. Methods MVA patients(n=93)were chosen into MVA group and patients(n=93) hospitalized due to chest pain with normal results of coronary angiography(CAG) and treadmill exercise test(TET) were randomly chosen into control group from Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of People's Hospital of Puyang City in Henan Province from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2018. The levels of serum Galectin-3, high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO)and relative physiological and biochemical indexes were detected in all groups. The correlation among Galectin-3 and other indexes was analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis. Results The proportions of patients with hypertension and diabetes(P<0.05), and level of fasting blood glucose(FBG, P<0.05) were significantly higher in MVA group than those in control group. The levels of Galectin-3, hs-CRP and ET-1 were significantly higher(P<0.05) and NO level was significantly lower(P<0.05) in MVA group than those in control group. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that Galectin-3 was positively correlated to FBG, hs-CRP and ET-1(r=0.456,r=0.598, r=0.426; P<0.05) and negatively correlated to NO(r=-0.488; P<0.05). Conclusion The increase of serum Galectin-3 level can be taken as an important index for microvascular fibrosis and predicting inflammation and microvascular endothelial function in MVA patients.
